We can prioritize our orders by availability, order size and the required delivery date. Our platinum members receive priority shipping for most of their orders.
We do not charge a drop ship fee, we are happy to ship directly to the customer to save time and will always blind ship.
MDPRO primary ships through UPS, which delivers shipments anywhere in the United States usually within 2-5 days at low rates, but can use fedex or USPS if requested. Dealers can also ship on their own account at no extra cost.
We accept all international orders! We can ship your order via any carrier you desire using your own account or pre paid, but you must contact us prior or immediately after purchasing any products. Additional shipping fees may apply to all international orders based on the specific location and desired delivery time. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays resulting from local customs clearance procedures that can take up to 6-8 weeks.
