The MESI ABPI MD is a fully automated Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) system designed to quickly and accurately screen patients for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). Using simultaneous oscillometric blood pressure measurements from the upper and lower extremities, the system calculates left and right ABI values while displaying pulse waveforms and oscillation graphs to support clinical interpretation.
